ROLLER BLADING SPEED WITH PUCK – 2to1 STRIDE PROGRAM A

This Workout has 5 drills x 5 reps per drill for a total of 25 reps.

For Each Drill:

Complete approximately 50 meters, resting 30 sec between each. Repeat 4 times for 5 reps per drill.

Then move to next drill.
